Springfield-Greene County Library District | Master Plan

The Springfield-Greene County Library District Facilities Master Plan establishes a long-term strategy for maintaining, improving, and expanding library services across the district through comprehensive facility assessments and strategic planning. By evaluating the condition, functionality, accessibility, and future needs of each library location, the planning process created a flexible roadmap to guide future renovations, expansions, maintenance, and capital investments.
