Ozarks Actors Theatre Renovation

The Ozark Actor’s Theatre Renovation project scope involved creating two renderings to showcase the potential renovation of their space, incorporating a coffee shop, box office, and studio apartments. Additionally, the project requires providing a comprehensive cost estimate for the proposed renovations. The project came about when the client approached Paragon with their vision for the renovation, seeking to transform their space and bring their ideas to life. By providing renderings and cost estimates, Paragon addresses the client’s need for tangible visuals and numbers to generate interest and support fundraising efforts for the renovation. The client’s main challenge was effectively communicating their renovation concept to the community. Paragon’s renderings and cost estimates serve as powerful tools to help the client articulate and share their vision, enabling the community to better understand and rally behind their transformative plans for the town’s Ozark Actor’s Theatre space. After our preliminary design efforts, the Ozarks Actor’s Theatre received funding to proceed with the project. Paragon is continuing our partnership with the client and are currently working on construction documents for this project.
