PRESS RELEASE | Paragon Architecture Expands Kansas City Presence, Welcomes Brooke Cinalli as Interior Design Project Director

Kansas City, Missouri Paragon Architecture announces the expansion of its presence in Kansas City, Missouri, with the addition of Brooke Cinalli, NCIDQ, IIDA, WELL AP, as Interior Design Project Director.

Since being established in 2023, the Kansas City office reflects Paragon’s continued investment in strategic market growth, regional access, and long-term client service across Missouri and the surrounding region. With established experience serving clients in healthcare, education, commercial, and community-focused markets, the expansion creates additional opportunity for the firm to support existing relationships while building new connections throughout the Kansas City area.

“Opening a Kansas City office is an important step in Paragon’s continued growth,” said Brad Erwin, President and Principal Architect at Paragon Architecture. “For us, expansion is not simply about adding a location. It is about strengthening our ability to serve clients well, invest in and retain talented people, and remain closely connected to the communities where our work can make a meaningful impact. Brooke’s leadership brings an added depth of interior design expertise that aligns well with where we are headed as a firm.”

Cinalli brings more than 24 years of experience in interior design, with a strong background in healthcare, hospitality, civic, cultural, nonprofit, and other public-facing environments. In her role as Interior Design Project Director, she will provide senior leadership for interior design projects, support client relationships, guide design strategy and delivery, and mentor team members across Paragon’s interiors practice.

“Early in my career, I had the opportunity to partner with Paragon on a project and have admired the talent, integrity, and culture of the firm ever since” said Cinalli. “Joining the team feels like a dream come true and, in many ways, a homecoming. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside people I respect so deeply while helping expand Paragon’s presence in the Kansas City community. I look forward to building meaningful relationships, creating memorable environments, and serving clients throughout the region.”

Cinalli’s professional credentials include NCIDQ certification, IIDA membership, and WELL AP accreditation, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence, interior design standards, and environments that support occupant well-being.
