Delmar Bodega // 725 Market (Design Only)

Paragon Architecture was approached by the owner of an existing convenience store property located in a North St. Louis community.  The owner’s dream was to renovate and enhance this property so it could become a vibrant bodega-style grab and go market and social hub for the local community.  To help initiate discussions about the new design, the owner provided a preliminary concept rendering and possible look for the proposed market.  The Paragon team utilized the inspiration imagery to help develop plans for a project that would infuse a breath of life into a currently run-down corner lot.  The owner only requested preliminary schematic designs at this point.
