Volt Credit Union | North Kansas Expressway Branch

Volt Credit Union set out to open shop in the Northwest corner of Springfield to support their growing client base.  One priority of the stakeholders was for this new location to match the look and feel of their corporate office for brand congruity and a consistent customer experience.  The Paragon Architecture team was challenged to transform what was once a quick-serve restaurant into a vibrant and modern financial institution.  After interior upgrades and additions, the banking service center can now proudly boast the bright Volt colors and logo.  The newly renovated space is complete with teller area, spacious lobby and waiting areas, a community conference room, three loan officer offices, security deposit room, and large storage spaces.  Site circulation became an important factor, as they needed to accommodate a large amount of drive-up traffic.  A canopy was added onto the side of the building, creating two covered drive-through teller lanes and a dedicated ATM lane.
