Paragon Architecture Downtown Springfield Headquarters

Paragon Architecture’s newly renovated Downtown Springfield Headquarters opened its doors on March 2, 2020. This 1950s building is located on historic Route 66, at 637 W College Street, and now houses Paragon’s Springfield team members in about 7,000 SF of open office, traditional office, and collaborative space. The 2,000 SF tenant space in the southeast corner is currently being leased by Revel Advertising with 1,000 SF of space shared between both businesses. Among the unique features of the building are a 40-foot skylight, a dedicated Virtual Reality room for  architectural project design walkthroughs, an interior design library, a gym, spacious work café, and fenced-in outdoor patio and lawn.
