City of Cassville | Public Works Facility

The Cassville Public Works project features an approximately 8,400-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) facility designed to enhance the working conditions for the City’s Public Works employees. The facility includes a four-bay open garage, an open office area, private offices, a shower room, and a community room, providing a well-rounded space for both administrative and operational needs.

In addition to the main building, the site includes an open-structure PEMB for cold and dry material storage, as well as equipment storage within a secured compound. The City of Cassville aims to centralize all materials and equipment in one location, increasing efficiency compared to their previous setup where items were dispersed across the city. The facility is also designed with future growth in mind, ensuring it will accommodate expanding needs over time.
