Here we “grow” again! We are currently accepting resumes for a Marketing Coordinator. This role supports the Paragon Approach through building rapport with our clients and community. We seek creativity, drive, imagination and a call to serve.  Our team is expanding to include a passionate marketing professional to advance our marketing strategy and bring our collaborative approach to life.  The ideal candidate will possess the education and experience below:

– Experience: 2 years of marketing experience
– Experience within architectural, engineering, or construction industry preferred
– Responsible for the creation of the marketing strategy and implementation
– Manages all marketing functions and public relations in support of the firm’s long-range plans
– Coordinates with outside marketing agencies to ensure brand consistency and advancement of strategic plan
– Creates and oversees proposals by coordinating presentation, including scheduling milestones and reviews
– Develops, edits, coordinates creation of brochures and other sales/public relations material
– Responsible for coordinating special events such as grand openings and ground breaking activities
– Responsible for creation of all promotional materials
– Identifies and participates in key community events and trade shows / expos / conferences
– Assist in identifying leads, setting up prospect meetings
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
– Excellent writing and grammatical skills required
