Uptown Montage at Hawk Ridge

Uptown Montage at Hawk Ridge is a multifamily housing development consisting of a series of thoughtfully scaled duplex buildings totaling approximately 54,500 square feet. The project emphasized efficient unit layouts, cohesive exterior materials, and well-defined outdoor spaces that reinforced a strong residential character while contributing to a connected, neighborhood-scale development. Paragon collaborated with Uptown AE to support the project’s accelerated delivery schedule by developing architectural permit documentation, including exterior building envelope elevations, wall sections, detailing, and signed and sealed floor and roof plans. The collaborative partnership between Paragon and Uptown AE allowed the team to efficiently coordinate drawing production and advance the project toward permit approval. The result was a coordinated and refined multifamily development designed to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding community.
