Jefferson College // Viking Woods Residence Hall

Viking Woods is Jefferson College’s residence campus and this addition includes new a residence life facility as well as a new campus police station. This addition will replace the existing campus police station which is currently located in a two-bedroom apartment. The final design includes six-409 square foot studio apartments, four two-bedroom apartments (two-889 square foot apartments and two-955 square foot apartments), and a 1,895 square foot police station.
