About Us

At Paragon Architecture, we’re enriching communities with quality design, through innovative thinking and focused expertise. Our collaborative process guides and informs everyone involved from project conception past completion.

Focused Expertise means that we have invested our time and energy into specific markets and industries and partner with others to bring world class knowledge to you. We apply this focused expertise and collaborative team design process to co-create enhanced spaces for your users. Collaborative Team Design is just as much a part of our product as the finished design. We believe that the best end product requires your knowledge and experience combined with our own.

We’re focused on delivering a great design, while ensuring that the process we utilize to reach the final product is focused on quality and exceeds your needs. We bring all of the stakeholders to the table, along with the best information and technologies, to create a product that works best for you, your users, and the community. We call our process The Paragon Approach™.

Services

  • Programming

We develop solutions based on the unique goals and objectives of each client. There is no one-size-fits-all scenario and we believe in a collaborative approach that will deliver the most effective and innovative solutions for our partners.
  • Interior Design

We believe that successful interior settings are flexible, adaptable and durable–but also beautiful and appealing. You should see your brand reflected throughout the design of your business.
  • Strategic Master Planning

Considering the resources available and the growth goals set by each client, we use our expertise to develop plans that will complement their long-term goals and objectives.
  • Project Management

We have the internal resources to ensure your project stays on task and on budget during the entire process through keeping communication channels open with regular reviews, updated reports and design scheduling.
  • Workplace

We strive to fully understand a company’s culture so we can design a workspace that will both inspire and enhance productivity while meeting their functional and physical needs.
  • Branding

We work with our clients to create a connection between their space and brand. The two should be intertwined and we believe your space should be a showcase of your brand in the physical form.
  • Modern Learning Environments

Our K-12 and higher education projects promote achievement through the thoughtful integration of furnishings and educational technology to provide adaptable, student-centered settings.
  • Adaptive Reuse

Breathing life back into unused or dated buildings is a welcomed project for our team that poses many exciting challenges. While renovating the space to meet new requirements, we preserve the integrity of the original space within the design.
  • Sustainable Design

Sustainability is at the forefront of all we do. Utilizing resources that will enhance energy efficiency not only results in improving the bottom line for our clients but also reduces their carbon footprint.

What Our Clients Are Saying

  • “Purchasing and renovating a property is not something we are experienced with but having Paragon take the lead a project manager has helped alleviate stress and make the overall process positive… I love working with your team…”

    Janet Dankert
    Community Partnership of the Ozarks
  • “We asked Paragon to deliver on a challenging and unusual project to satisfy an important tenant with high expectations. You (Paragon Architecture) deliver above my expectations and I will continue to recommend Paragon in the future. Thanks!”

    Brian Weiler
    Springfield Branson Airport
  • “The firm (Paragon Architecture) is an exceptional firm and I have truly enjoyed working with many members of the firm that I have had the pleasure to work with”

    Bob Harrington
    MSSU Physical Plant Director
  • “It was the expertise and knowledge of Paragon that guided our School District through the grant process, the submittal, the awarding of the grant, the design phase, and then the construction phase with the result being a wonderful community safe room which has enhanced our school facility. I have absolutely no doubt that without Paragon that the Diamond School System would not have been able to secure the FEMA funds and our project would have fizzled.”

    Eddie Jones
    Diamond R-IV Schools
  • “I would put the design and construction coordination of the Paragon team up against any firm. However, it is the intangibles that set Paragon apart. Having worked with several architects over the years, it was such a blessing to make acquaintance with Brad and his team. It is Brad’s personal touch, desire to accomplish the best solution, and personal investment in our college that separates Paragon from others.”

    Jim Cummins – EdD, CPA
    Crowder College
  • “Completion of Fire Station #2 in Joplin occurred ahead of schedule and under budget. I directly attribute this to the professional manner which both Jessica Struckhoff and Brad Erwin displayed during the construction process. This station stands as a model for future construction and design of our continued recovery from the 2011 tornado.”

    Mitchell D. Randles
    Joplin, MO
  • “We have worked with Paragon Architecture and are very pleased with our relationship. The staff of Paragon have been professional, creative and conscious with our needs and fiscal options. The quality of work and communication is exceptional. We have been very impressed with their ability to meet our scheduled goals and project targets.”

    Richard L. Asbill
    Cassville R-IV School District
  • Our project was not perfect .  As expected, there were issues to resolve.  However, several years later, Brad Erwin still calls to check on things, and that’s unheard of in my experience.  As one of its first clients, I am happy to recommend Paragon Architecture.

    Tom Houston
    Webster Electric Cooperative
  • I can’t think of a professional service provider we have been more pleased with in my 24 years at Crowder. Paragon Architecture will be the most creative AND practical group you can envision and they will hit all timelines and budget markers routinely and accurately. I can’t think of anyone I could recommend more highly than Paragon Architecture.
