State Fair Community College | Advanced Health Science Expansion

The State Fair Community College Advanced Health Science Expansion transformed an existing facility into a modern hub for healthcare education, supporting the growth of the college’s Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Dental programs. Previously occupied by eSports and Advanced Automotive programs, the renovated building was reimagined to provide specialized instructional, laboratory, and clinical training spaces designed to meet current educational standards and accommodate future program growth.

The project included 12 dental operatories, a dental hygiene classroom and lab, an X-ray room, and an occupational therapy studio apartment lab that simulates real-world patient care environments. Additional improvements included staff offices, student study and lounge spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, storage and laundry areas, and site enhancements including new parking. Designed to serve both students and the community, the facility provides a collaborative, hands-on learning environment that prepares future healthcare professionals through practical training and engagement.
