Crowder College | Softball Press Box

The Renick Family Press Box is an 826-square-foot, two-story facility located at the Crowder College softball complex in Neosho, Missouri. Constructed to support the Lady Roughriders softball program, the new press box provides dedicated space for media, broadcasting, recording, and photography—amenities that were previously unavailable at the field. The upper level offers elevated views of the playing surface for game-day operations and media coverage, while the ground level provides much-needed storage space for athletic equipment and program support.

Designed to complement the existing softball facilities and adjacent field house, the structure incorporates coordinated materials and finishes, including blue accents within the masonry and blue siding on the upper level, creating a cohesive identity across the athletic complex. Completed in 2025, the facility enhanced Crowder College’s ability to host competitive events and was operational in time for the NJCAA Midwest District Softball Tournament, improving the experience for athletes, staff, media, and spectators alike.
