About

Bringing significant experience to Paragon, Crystal Reynolds, Chief Operating Officer, has worked in a variety of executive roles and, through her own accounting firm, managed the finances of previous employers as well as clients. At Paragon, Reynolds serves a number of roles and has enabled and facilitated the firm’s exponential growth and expansion to the next level of capacity. Managing all aspects of human resources and financial reporting and all accounting functions, Reynolds also has been instrumental in the establishment, documentation and implementation of all internal controls, processes and procedures. In addition, she works as a Project Coordinator, providing Paragon’s project managers with the support they need to focus on design and project management, as she handles the project contracts, construction administration and grant documentation.

As an active member of the greater Springfield community, Reynolds serves on a number of non-profit boards and is an avid volunteer and supporter of organizations that benefit others, as well as business building networks. Through her work with Paragon, Reynolds is taking her community involvement further, frequently participating in networking events, trade shows, and relevant public engagements. In addition, she is a primary in the firm’s business development and works to secure federal and local business projects. With wide-ranging experience, Reynolds is excited to expand Paragon’s scope of projects and participate in the firm’s growth now, and into the future.
